3. Account Registration

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Verification results will be 100% accurate
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any defects will be corrected

Our verification reports are informational tools and should not be the sole basis for legal, financial, or other critical decisions. Always use professional judgment and consult appropriate experts.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGHTDOCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Business interruption
  • Decisions made based on verification results
  • Unauthorized access to your documents

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rightdocs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Documents you upload to the Service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
